ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING

ALL of our products are Handmade !! 

Available on our website are both (MADE TO ORDER) and (READY TO SHIP) items.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible !!

Made to Order items will require a bit more time to process compared to READY TO SHIP items.   

Please allow me (7 to 21 days) to make and package your items and then your order will be shipped. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME: 

(Ready to Ship - RTS)  5-7 business days

(Made to Order) are shipped 1-3 weeks, after placing the order. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of being shipped.

Shipping days are on business days only (M-F) and timeframe does not include weekends. 

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED:

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders.

We will not be able to make changes to your order, after it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you entered the correct address.  We are not responsibile for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided.

LOST PACKAGES: 

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local USPS to locate your package. 

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located as I have no control over the package once it is in USPS hands.

Please be sure to have your provided USPS Tracking number prior to calling them.
